Each Player is permitted to hold only one arenaph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. arenaph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. arenaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. arenaph is required to verify the identity of its Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Prohibited Payment Methods: arenaph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the arenaph platform at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time. arenaph reserves the right to decline transactions that do not meet the applicable minimums.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. arenaph aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. arenaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All funds deposited into your arenaph Account remain your property. arenaph holds Player funds in accounts separate from its operational funds. arenaph will not use Player funds for any purpose other than the settlement of gaming transactions and the processing of withdrawals.
arenaph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in total. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
arenaph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies; using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
Each game available on arenaph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to Account, payment, and conduct matters.
All random-outcome games on arenaph use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules and oversight of the relevant studio operator.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, arenaph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. arenaph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms & Conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on arenaph and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
arenaph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Any funds associated with fraudulent or illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

Any unauthorised use of arenaph's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
arenaph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude arenaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
arenaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on arenaph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
arenaph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
arenaph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of arenaph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of arenaph, you should first contact arenaph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. arenaph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with arenaph's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints channels.
